At Noir Glow Candles, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to enjoy every part of your experience with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only if the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your candle arrives damaged or broken, all shipments are insured through USPS.

USPS may require photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label, so please keep everything until your claim is resolved.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used candles

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Sale or clearance items

  2. Provide your order number and any necessary photos.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
