A few things come up often. They are answered here in case it saves you the message.

Where is my order?

Candles are poured after the order comes in, which means 2 to 5 business days before anything ships. You will get tracking as soon as it does. If it has been longer than that, write to us and we will find out what happened.

Something arrived damaged

Tell us what happened and send a photo if you can. We will sort it out.

There is a ring of hard wax around the edge of my candle

That is tunneling, and it is usually fixable rather than a fault. Here is how to fix it, along with how to avoid it on the next one.

The wax looks frosted or blotchy

That is normal in soy wax, and it shows more clearly in ours because they are dye-free and there is no color covering it. It has no effect on how the candle burns or how it smells.

Do you do wholesale, custom orders or markets?

Ask. We are small enough to consider most things.
