Return & Refund Policy

At Noir Glow Candles, we take pride in the quality of every candle we create. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles. However, unused and unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different scent, we recommend placing a new order.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
